We factor in mileage to and from the location of our available staff, along with a modest daily rate and the unit cost of consumables, NATA laboratory fees, and charges. Our quotations provide a detailed breakdown of these costs, and we offer a discount to our clients for projects extending over a longer duration.
In addition, we have established reciprocal daily rate agreements with our associates. These agreements enable us to quickly scale up our workforce for projects that necessitate additional personnel possessing specialized skills, expertise, or resources that can enhance the overall value of a project.
A standard quotation will include the following components:
- Calculate the mileage rate based on the distance to and from the personnel’s operating base.
- A reduced daily or hourly rate for personnel travel to and from the operating base.
- No mileage charges for projects within a 50-kilometre radius of the operating base.
- Fees for consumables and laboratory services.
- Overnight accommodation rates.
- Fees for report writing, except for concise documents like clearance declarations or updates.
Our quotations are typically pro-rated when we depend on asbestos removalists and other trade providers to complete their portions of the project within the specified deadline.
